If the fault is not the result of a defective Chromagen component or outside of the warranty, a service call out fee will be payable at the time of attendance. The cost of this fee is approximately $200.00 + GST Monday to Friday ($300.00 + GST for afterhours including Saturday & Sunday). Chromagen warranty applies only to parts supplied by or installation works provided by Chromagen. Please refer to owner's manual for more detailed information. Please note additional charges apply for travel exceeding 30kms & after hours penalty rates are payable by the customer in all cases for weekend or after hours call outs - emergency only
